User Permission Sets

CNS BANK PRO SETUP

This Permission Set should only be granted to users that can decide who should be able to send and receive which type of material and to which bank. This means that users with the CNS BANK PRO SETUP permission set are able to change the Bank Permissions (see below).

CNS BANK PRO USER

In order to be able to use Bank Pro for the daily business, sending and receiving bank material, a user needs to be granted the CNS BANK PRO USER Permission Set.

The user also needs to have usage rights for each Material Type granted to him. This is done through the Bank Permissions.

Bank Permissions

The Bank Permissions control what type of materials, to or from which bank, a user can send or receive.

If one or more users should be able to use all material types for one bank, it is possible to use the action Grant All To Users on the Bank card to easily grant multiple permission in one go.

Note

The user that creates a Bank automatically gets permissions for all material types for that bank.
