Bank Pro Companies

When material is sent to or retrieved from a bank, licence transactions are created. A verification is also made that the licence key used in the communication is active.

Charging of fees

The monthly fee for Bank Pro is affected by how many companies are set up in Business Central.

To ensure that correct statistics regarding the number of companies using Bank Pro are generated, any test companies or other companies that do not have communication with a bank need to be blocked.

To set a company as a test company or to indicate that a company has no bank communication, check the check box for Block Bank Pro and the company in question.
